  • When will I receive my order?
We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. If we are experiencing any delays with turnaround times, this will be displayed on the home page. The turnaround time is the timescale it takes to make your order and dispatch - this does not include shipping.
All orders within the UK are sent 1st Class Royal Mail, please note the tracking number provided only provides updates once RM have attempted to deliver your order. All International orders will be sent Tracked Royal Mail.
  • Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, on the website we only ship within the UK however we do ship internationally on our Etsy shop. We hope to add international shipping to the website soon.
  • What is your returns policy?

  • Can I customise an item to make it more personalised?
For certain items, I will try to accommodate your request where possible. Typically, it will be adding an individuals name to a none text design, adding a photo to the opposite side of a mug or requesting a different colour to what is currently available.

  • What do I do if I receive a damaged item?
We aim to quality check all items and ensure that they are in perfect condition before shipping out to you however whilst in transit the product condition you will receive is out of our control.
If you do receive a damaged item, please contact me on shoebox_studio@hotmail.com with supporting photos.
We will offer you a replacement item at our cost or a full refund.
  • What if I want something different made?
Cannot find what you are looking for? Get in touch and we will try our best to help you create your idea.
Alternatively, if you see a design on one item but you want it printed on something else, again, get in touch and we will be more than happy to help you.
  • Cancelling / Changing my order
We are able to make changes / cancel your order within the first 24 hours of your order being placed. Once this has passed, we cannot cancel / make amendments to your order as it would be in the process of being made.
